.Seven. ✨
Today, Renu Health & Wellness turns 7 years old — and I'm not sure I have the words, but I'm going to try anyway.
7 years of showing up. 7 years of treatment rooms and inside jokes and life updates shared mid-massage. 7 years of softly working someone's rhomboid while they tell me about their engagement, their new baby, their heartbreak, their surgery, their comeback. 7 years of lymph and laughter and tears and the kind of healing that doesn't always have a name.
It has been the absolute honour of my life.
But this practice is not mine alone — it never has been. Our identity has been shaped by every single human who has chosen to be part of it. Every team member over the years, every client, every suggestion, every resource. You've built this with us. Our team has more than tripled. Our services have grown. Our reach has stretched into your best friend group chats, your playground conversations, your family dinners, your running gang, your coffee dates, your therapy sessions — and most importantly, into our treatment rooms, for you, however you show up and whatever you're carrying that day.
We've learned a lot in seven years. We've learned that the work is sacred, that community is everything, and — perhaps most importantly — that the laundry will never, ever end.
But in all seriousness? We are here because of you. Your trust, your referrals, your continued loyalty, your vulnerability in our care. We do not take a single moment of that for granted.
