Have you tried a new position lately?
Changing up your positioning on the treatment table creates better access to certain muscle groups, body areas, keeps you comfortable and safe!
Side lying treatments are great for prenatal massages, accessing hip flexors, ribs, and makes for great supported access into the neck, pecs and shoulders!
Of course, the usual face up and face down (supine and prone, if you wanna get technical) generally feels delightful and relaxing. Some of us don't usually spend much time on our belly or flat on our backs, and it's uncomfortable AF when you're full chested. And if we aren't usually in these positions, how can we maintain the positive effects of your massage treatment moving forward?
Switching up to the big wedge for great leg and glute access!
There is no technical term for the last one...
If you want to lie on a table and have the "same treatment as last time," don't come see me.
If you want an effective treatment, come see me. ππͺ
