The Other Half is a 5-day therapeutic summer program designed to provide children with a safe, supportive space to connect with others who understand. Through games, creative activities, discussions, and skill-building, participants will have opportunities to explore their feelings, build confidence, develop coping strategies, and celebrate who they are beyond their sibling role.

We’re recruiting people with a physical disability to take part in a research study on health and physical activity during pregnancy. By sharing your experiences, you’ll help us better understand how exercise during pregnancy looks across diverse physical abilities and how exercise may relate to different health outcomes.

This week is National Drowning Prevention Week. As personal injury lawyers, we unfortunately see the devastating, lifelong impact of water-related accidents on families firsthand. Most of these tragedies are entirely preventable with the right safety measures in place, such as securing backyard pools with proper fencing and gates, wearing lifejackets, and maintaining active supervision. Let us all do our part to keep our communities safe and prevent water-related injuries this summer.
