Many women tell me they feel like they’re “failing” at intuitive eating.
What I often find is that they’re trying to eat intuitively while running on poor sleep, high stress, unstable blood sugar, and not enough fuel.
When your body is stressed, your cravings, hunger cues, and energy levels can become much harder to interpret.
Sometimes a little structure is what helps you get back to a place where intuitive eating actually feels intuitive. 🤍
