As a CanLearn Board Member, you'll help support children, youth, and adults facing challenges with learning, literacy, attention, and related mental health concerns.

We are currently seeking expertise in:

Cybersecurity & IT
Fundraising & Resource Development

If you have a willing heart, valuable skills, and a desire to give back, we'd love to hear from you.

- struggled in school
- didn't graduate
- feel a Certificate of Completion isn't all you are capable of
- were later diagnosed with ADHD or a learning disability like Dyslexia (or not but suspect you have learning challenges),
- want to read better
- want be able to apply for better work opportunities
- want to learn how math actually works
- want to improve writing skills
- want to upgrade and be a more confident adult learner?

In this unique session, Nada and Berniece, both long-time adult literacy specialists, lay the groundwork for understanding adult learning challenges and walk through the options of rebuilding a strong learner identity with practical and academic skills that can open doors to new possibilities!
