I’m going to encourage you to focus less on becoming “smaller” and more on becoming stronger. Strong mentally, physically and emotionally. I want you to see what your body is truly capable of.
1️⃣Am I going to challenge you? Yes.
I expect you to work hard. You want results? Show me what you’re willing to do for them.
2️⃣Will I ask for extremes? No.
We all have a life outside the gym. I run a very busy business myself, and I understand that life gets overwhelming sometimes. But that doesn’t mean we give up on ourselves.
3️⃣You do not need to earn your food here.
No starvation diets. No “starting over Monday.” No punishment workouts because you enjoyed dinner with your family.
4️⃣We are building habits that last.
Not just for summer. Not just for a wedding. Not just until the number on the scale changes. I want you strong for life.
5️⃣I care about how you feel.
Confidence. Energy. Strength. Better sleep. Less pain. Feeling proud of yourself again. Those things matter too.
6️⃣This is a team effort.
I’ll guide you, support you, educate you and push you. But you still have to show up for yourself.
