Peak Performance Health Centre Offering information and exercises to keep your back healthy! Our rehabilitation department is continuing to grow and will be adding physiotherapy shortly!

Peak Performance Health Centre is a multi-disciplinary patient centred health centre that utuillizes current evidence based treatments to achieve your optimal health. Peak Performance currently offers Chiropractic treatment, including Active Release Technique, Guasha, Kinesio-Taping, and Activator, as well as the traditional spinal manipulation. Acupuncture, registered massage therapy, nutritional counselling and rehabiliative services are available on site.
