I'm excited to share that I've completed The Art of Light Touch Myofascial Release Levels 1 & 2. These courses provided valuable tools and techniques that I look forward to incorporating into treatments to help address restrictions, improve mobility, and support overall recovery and wellness.

Every course adds another piece to the puzzle of helping clients achieve their goals, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to keep learning and growing.

Self-care is an essential component of showing up effectively — for ourselves and for those we serve 🤍
As a massage therapist, my body is my primary tool. Ongoing self-care supports longevity, recovery, and the quality of care I’m able to provide to my clients. Today, that looks like receiving cupping therapy from a fellow therapist here at our clinic — because we truly believe in what we offer.
