Hey, Im Krystal!

I figured it was time to share a little more about the person behind the massage table.

A little bit of massage therapy, a little bit of life outside of the treatment room, and a peek into the chaos i call home. 🐾🐔

I am a mom of four, love spending time outdoors, and apparently someone who doesn't know when to stop bringing animals home.😆 There's never a dull moment around here, and I wouldn't have it any other way!

Investing in education so I can continue investing in my clients.

I'm excited to share that I've completed The Art of Light Touch Myofascial Release Levels 1 & 2. These courses provided valuable tools and techniques that I look forward to incorporating into treatments to help address restrictions, improve mobility, and support overall recovery and wellness.

Every course adds another piece to the puzzle of helping clients achieve their goals, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to keep learning and growing.
