PACE Inc. is currently seeking a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or Master of Social Work, Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) to join our team.

We are looking for someone passionate about supporting youth, adolescents, and adults experiencing:

• Trauma and PTSD
• Grief and loss
• Anxiety and depression
• Stress and burnout
• Life transitions and relationship challenges

Training in CBT, DBT, EMDR, trauma-informed care, or other evidence-based approaches would be considered a strong asset.

As demand for mental health services continues to grow throughout Wallaceburg, Chatham-Kent, Sarnia-Lambton, and surrounding communities, we are looking for a therapist who wants to make a meaningful impact while building a rewarding and sustainable practice.

PACE Inc. offers a supportive team environment, administrative support, referral opportunities, flexible scheduling, and both in-person and virtual service options.

As of Monday, June 1, 2025, we’re excited to officially announce the opening of our new Chatham location at 155 King Street West in partnership with Summit Performance Rehab & Wellness Centre!

At P.A.C.E. Inc., we believe collaboration creates stronger support for our community. This new partnership allows us to continue expanding access to professional counselling and therapy services across Chatham-Kent while working alongside a trusted team of health and wellness professionals.

Our Chatham office will provide in-person counselling services for children, youth, adults, couples, and families — with virtual and telephone sessions also available.

We’re proud to continue serving Chatham-Kent and look forward to growing alongside Summit Performance Rehab & Wellness Centre as we support the mental health and wellness needs of our community.
