With 12 years of experience across both clinical and luxury spa settings, Amanda offers a calm, intentional, and therapeutic approach to Massage Therapy. Her work is rooted in supporting the nervous system, reducing pain, and helping clients reconnect with their bodies in a grounded and sustainable way.

She offers Craniosacral Therapy (Level 1), Lymphatic Drainage (Level 1), Swedish Massage, and facial release work as distinct treatment options, allowing each session to be tailored to the client’s specific needs.

Amanda believes that effective therapeutic care does not always require deep pressure. Instead, she works with the body rather than against it, creating space for regulation, release, and deep rest.

She especially enjoys working with open-minded clients who are seeking to feel safe in their bodies again, restore balance, and experience meaningful nervous system support.

BIG NEWS! 🚨 Amanda Fox RMT is joining Cedar Massage & Acupuncture starting immediately. She’ll be in the studio on Wednesdays, offering RMT treatments including craniosacral therapy, lymphatic work, and the grounded, hands-on care you’d expect from a great Massage Therapist.
