“Everything is energy” isn’t mystical.
It’s physics.

At the most fundamental level, matter is energy in organized form.

Atoms vibrate.

Electrons move.

Cells communicate electrically.

Your heart generates measurable electromagnetic waves.

Your brain runs on electrical impulses.

Your nervous system transmits signals through bioelectric currents.

You are not separate from the field of energy around you.

You are participating in it.

But here’s the important part:
Your “frequency” isn’t about magic.
It’s about state.

Your nervous system state influences:
• posture
• facial expression
• tone of voice
• heart rate variability
• attention
• decision making

That state shapes how you experience the world
and how the world responds to you.

Energy isn’t mystical.
It’s measurable.

And you are a living electrical system learning how to regulate itself.

When you regulate your body,
you change the signal you send.

You are biology in motion.
Electric. Responsive. Adaptive.

Do you notice your “energy” changes when your nervous system shifts?

Some people wait for permission to shine.
Do not be one of them.
Your spirit was given a spark
for a reason.

Let the land teach you timing.
Seeds do not apologize for growing.
Flowers do not ask
if their color is too much.
They simply open
when the season says yes.

If you feel heavy,
go outside.
Stand where the sky is wide.
Breathe until your thoughts slow down
and your heart remembers
what it is made of.

Your gift is not for hiding.
It is for serving.
Use it to heal.
Use it to protect.
Use it to bring beauty back
to places that forgot how to hope.

Ignore the voices that mock your dream.
Small minds fear big light.
Walk anyway.
Work anyway.
Pray anyway.

And when you doubt yourself,
look at what still survives in you.
The courage to keep going.
The kindness you did not lose.
The faith that shows up
even in quiet forms.

Carry that spark with humility.
Carry it with discipline.
Carry it with love.
Then share it like sunrise
over a field that needs it.

I am proud of my Indigenous heritage

Anne, Starlight, Healing White Eagle Woman, Healing White Buffalo Woman of
"A" Essence Massage Therapy in Cremona, Alberta.
Originally from Vancouver Island.
Anne came into this lifetime with Creators direction. Already seeing and working with energies at a very young age. Stepping into her role as a Shamanic Healer. Specializing in hearing, seeing, feeling and specifically working with frequencies in the body and energy field. Anne works with sound from her voice and tools to move, alter and clear energies.
One of Anne's ( Lisa-Anne's) jobs for Creator. Is to assist you to clear all you need to clear. From this lifetime or any other. To assist you on your path.

Anne also will ask you if needed. To draw a picture that she will read for you as well. This will reflect or fine tune with more information in the session. On occasion she will draw for you, explaining the same.
Anne works with all ages. It is always important to re-align and empower individuals no matter what they have experienced. There is nothing more powerful than the Light of Creator.

Not only does she have 30 yrs.experience as an Intuitive Registered Massage Therapist (MTAA). She will adapt her sessions (Readings, Clearings, Sound Clearing, Balancing) and massage appointments to your specific needs. Always looking and feeling for root causes.
Specializing in posture, acute & chronic injuries. Re-connecting Neurological & Energetic pathways to limbs after trauma or surgeries. So the body can heal more quickly. Releasing all layers of fascia to reduce restrictions. So muscles and other tissue, nerves, meridians etc. can move more freely. This allows old patterns to change allowing your body to be more in a natural homeostasis.
I look forward to meeting you.
I will be offering short sessions: Readings, Clearings Call 403-289-8896 to book your time for Sat. or Sunday if needed.
