Members of our Sober Living Group recently spent time volunteering at the golf course, helping remove the tarps from the greens as the course was prepared for the season ahead.

Giving back to the community is an important part of the recovery journey, and we’re proud of the group for stepping up to lend a hand. Thank you to everyone who helped out!

This isn't just a meeting. It's a reminder that you are not alone in your journey.

Whether you completed our program last month or years ago, you are always welcome back at this table. No judgement. No pressure. Just real people, walking the road of recovery together.

Recently, our clients had the incredible opportunity to participate in programming at the HMS Horse Based Healing and the experience was nothing short of transformative.

For many of our clients, this kind of experience goes beyond traditional treatment, reconnecting people with themselves, with nature, and with a sense of peace that addiction so often takes away.

We are deeply grateful to the HMS Horse Based Healing for welcoming our clients and for the incredibly important work they do every single day in supporting healing, culture, and community across Saskatchewan. 🙏

Located within St. Joseph's Hospital in Estevan, Saskatchewan, we walk alongside individuals from detox, through treatment, and into life beyond our walls. Because healing doesn't stop when treatment ends. It continues in the community, in relationships, and in everyday victories.
