A fresh new space for connection, activity and compassionate care! đź’™

The newly updated home of The Gathering Place Adult Day Program at St. Joseph’s Hospital is ready to welcome more participants.

The bright and comfortable space has been thoughtfully updated to provide adults with a supportive place to socialize, enjoy meaningful activities, share meals and receive care throughout the day. The renovations also include new accessible tubs in the tub rooms, helping provide participants with a safe, comfortable and dignified bathing experience.

A historic day for St. Joseph’s Hospital and Southeast Saskatchewan.

Today we officially celebrated the ribbon cutting of our new MRI, made possible through the incredible generosity of our community.

A heartfelt thank you to Elaine Walkom for her transformational leadership gift, and to every donor, business, municipality, RM, organization, volunteer, and supporter who helped make this vision a reality.

Because of you, patients will have access to MRI services closer to home for generations to come.
