TWO LOCATIONS. ONE COMMUNITY CONVERSATION. EVERY VOICE MATTERS.

We're looking forward to welcoming residents to our Fort Frances Health Care Matters Community Town Hall on Wednesday, October 21.

This Town Hall will take place simultaneously at two locations, with the same opportunities to participate, share experiences and be heard at each.

With the elevator at the Memorial Sports Centre currently unavailable and the anticipation of a strong turnout, we've worked with the Town of Fort Frances to arrange a second location at the Fort Frances Public Library's Shaw Room — which is accessible for residents who cannot reach the auditorium by stairs.

Both locations will offer the same Town Hall activities, in-person facilitation, small-group conversations and opportunities to share your health-care experiences. There will be no livestreaming between rooms. Each location will have its own host, and complimentary snacks refreshments available.

Most importantly, every experience shared will contribute equally to the Rainy River District Health Care Matters campaign, helping us better understand what's working well in local health care and where improvements may be needed.

📍 FORT FRANCES COMMUNITY TOWN HALL
📅 Wednesday, October 21 | 6–8 p.m.

Location 1: Memorial Sports Centre Auditorium
740 Scott Street

Location 2: Fort Frances Public Library — Shaw Room
601 Reid Avenue

Both locations are open to everyone, and residents are welcome to attend together with friends, family members or caregivers at whichever location works best for them. Please note that seating at the Shaw Room is more limited.

Whether you've already completed the Health Care Matters Survey or haven't yet had an opportunity to share your experiences, we'd love to hear from you!

Your local health organizations are listening. What do you want to tell them?

Health care providers across the district are asking you to tell them what health care looks like for you and your community. What’s working well? Where are the barriers? What could make your health care journey better?
