I have worked in the healthcare field for over 15 years, and through that journey, I've come to realize that what I truly love is connecting with others on a deeper level. While our current medical model often positions the practitioner as the expert who imparts knowledge, I believe in something different. I believe in empowering you to reconnect with the wisdom that already exists in your body an

d spirit. True healing doesn't come from someone else telling you what's wrong; it comes from feeling seen, heard and supported as you reclaim your own power, knowledge and wholeness. Presently Root & Radiance is operating as a homecare Reiki and Embodiment business serving the Quinte West and Belleville area. My aim is to make you feel present and connected to your body fully experiencing what life has to offer.
