✨ Aesthetics, to me, is so much more than injections.

One of the most rewarding parts of my job isn’t performing a treatment, it’s creating a plan, walking alongside my clients, and watching that plan come to life over time.

If your aesthetic consultation lasts 5 minutes and ends with “so what do you want done today?” - that’s not a consultation.

A good consult isn’t a formality before treatment. It’s where we stop guessing and actually build a plan.💗

When you come to see me, my goal isn’t to sell you a treatment. It’s to understand you - what bothers you when you look in the mirror, what your lifestyle looks like, what you’ve tried before, what your budget is, and how much downtime you’re actually willing to have.

Because the best treatment in the world isn’t the best treatment if it doesn’t fit your life.

That’s why I do a 360 Consultation - looking at the whole picture. Your skin health, pigmentation, texture, volume, facial balance, aging changes, skincare routine, and long-term goals. All of it.✨

Waiting until fall for your laser treatment? You might be waiting for no reason.⚡️

This is one of the biggest myths in aesthetics and I hear it every single summer.

Laser treatments are not automatically unsafe in the summer. What’s unsafe is getting treated and then ignoring your post-care. The season isn’t the deciding factor - you are.

When I assess a patient for summer laser, I’m looking at your skin type, your lifestyle, your upcoming plans, and your willingness to actually follow aftercare.

But if you’re living your normal life, willing to wear sunscreen daily, and committed to protecting your results? Summer laser is absolutely on the table.

Mineral vs. chemical sunscreen - which is actually better?🤨

The answer may surprise you: both are effective at protecting your skin from UV damage. The best sunscreen is the one you’ll wear consistently.

If you have sensitive skin, mineral sunscreen may be a better fit. If you prefer lightweight formulas that sit well under makeup, chemical sunscreen may be your go-to.

And remember: sunscreen isn’t just for summer. Daily SPF is one of the most important steps you can take to prevent premature aging, pigmentation, and sun damage.🩷

The Pink Syringe Turns 1 💖

One year ago, The Pink Syringe was just a dream. Today, I get to do what I love every day because of all of you.

The success of The Pink Syringe has never been because of me alone. It has been built by every client who trusted me, referred a friend, shared a post, left a review, or sat in my treatment chair.

To celebrate this milestone, I wanted to give back to a cause that means so much to me.
Anyone who knows me knows I have a soft spot for animals. They don't get to choose their circumstances, and many are simply waiting for a second chance.

Throughout the month of June, 10% of every appointment booked at The Pink Syringe will be donated to the Sudbury Ontario SPCA and Humane Society.

Whether you're coming in for injectables, laser, skincare, microneedling or a facial, your appointment will help provide food, shelter, medical care, and comfort to animals waiting for their forever homes.

If you'd like to help even more, donation items can also be dropped off at the clinic throughout June.

After over 10 years in nursing, I officially transitioned into The Pink Syringe full time, where I now focus on providing personalized, one-on-one aesthetic care in a safe, welcoming, and evidence-based environment.
