First race under my belt 🥺 Valley Harvest 10K ⚡️

I’ve worked so so hard for this goal this summer and I’m so proud to see it play out better than I hoped. I felt so good in this race and couldn’t believe how fast the kms were flying! Until the last two (but we don’t need to talk about that)!

Biggest shout out to my bestie and my wifey for supporting me this weekend but also listening to me complain about every pain and ache all summer. 🥴

For now, we will be recovering and getting stronger. This is definitely just the beginning!!

Eating, running and spiralling about being injured! My race is next weekend and all time goals have completely gone out the window. I’m having bilat shin and calf pain, and I’m keeping my kms super low and slow over the past few weeks. I’ve even stopped tracking my runs as my brain hasn’t been kind about stats!! That’s what you missed on glee! 🤍🩵

Then I decided to be kind to myself and treat myself to a big bowl of fruit loops (Alisha 🌿 actually got me them). I try to take in extra carbs before bed on the night before my long runs! And hoarders of course!!

Doula client opening🐣🍼

This is a rare one, but im just wrapping up 8 months of care with a little guy and I am currently seeking to replace that time with a new little friend!

Ideally the position would be once per week but I could cover two 3 hour shifts per week depending on location.

Support includes infant care, education, meal prep, light cleaning and anything else you may need. I am based in Lawrencetown (HRM) NS, but would also take clients between there and Bedford.
