We house 51 residents from various cultural backgrounds; each resident individualized with their own history and story.

🇬🇷☀️ A Little Taste of Greece for our Neighbourhoods! ☀️🇬🇷
Our neighbourhood summer BBQs just got a Mediterranean makeover! 🌊✨ We took a little trip to Greece without ever leaving home, enjoying a delicious Greek-inspired dinner filled with amazing food, laughter, and great company. 🥗🍋🫒
From the tasty flavours to the wonderful conversations, it was the perfect summer evenings to come together, make memories, and enjoy everything that makes our community so special. 💙

Today was all about soaking up the sunshine at Myrtle Park, enjoying a delicious outdoor picnic, and making memories together! 🥪🍓

🍦🎉 Sweet smiles are always on the menu!💙
Our residents had the BEST time treating themselves to delicious ice cream from the ice cream truck! From classic favorites to colorful sprinkles, every scoop came with plenty of smiles, laughter, and summer fun. ☀️🍨

🇨🇦 Happy Canada Day from all of us at the Village! ❤️🤍
Today we celebrated Canada Day in true Canadian style with an afternoon full of sweet treats, refreshing ice cream floats (the perfect way to beat this week’s heat!), and wonderful live musical entertainment that had everyone smiling and singing along.
It was a beautiful day spent making memories, enjoying great company, and celebrating the community we call home. Wishing everyone a safe, happy, and joyful Canada Day! 🍁🎶🍦

🌭✨ Join Us for a Community BBQ Celebrating the Wisdom of Our Elders! ✨🌭
We invite our wonderful community to come together and celebrate the incredible stories, experiences, and wisdom of our elders!
Enjoy a free hot dog and bottle of water (one per person) while connecting with residents and neighbours. While the meal is complimentary, donations are gratefully accepted and will go directly toward supporting our residents.
Be sure to stop by and sit on the Green Bench, where our residents will be sharing their life stories, treasured memories, and words of wisdom that have shaped their journeys.
Come enjoy great food, meaningful conversations, and a chance to celebrate the generations who have so much to teach us. We can’t wait to see you there! ❤️

Yesterday, we celebrated all of the amazing dads, grandads, and father figures in our Village!💙
What better way to honor these special men than with delicious donuts, fresh coffee, and, of course, some classic Dad’s Root B**r! 🍩☕🥤 The afternoon was filled with smiles, laughter, and wonderful memories shared together.
To all the dads, grandads, and father figures who make a difference every day, we hope you had a fantastic Father’s Day. Happy Father’s Day from all of us at HCC! 💙

Last week, we had the wonderful opportunity to celebrate World Day for Cultural Diversity! 🌎✨
Our team came together to share and showcase dishes from around the world, creating a fun and meaningful experience for everyone. Our residents loved exploring and tasting a variety of delicious foods from different cultures. It was truly a day filled with community, culture, and celebration! ❤️

🌍✨ We had an amazing time celebrating our incredible caregivers during Caregivers Week! From North America to Asia, our team enjoyed delicious tasting plates inspired by flavours from around the world 🌎🍴
