The Kelowna Minor Hockey Association family is deeply saddened by the recent passing of Beren Brown.

Beren was part of our hockey family as a member of the U9 Evans Team 3 for the past two seasons, and his loss is felt by his coaches, teammates and throughout our entire association.

The hockey community is like no other, and many members have asked how they can support the Brown family. For those who are able and wish to help, you can support the family here:

Praying for our beautiful valley and all of the fires! We’ve gotten to chat with, host, collect things for, and Support those evacuated and impacted by the fires.
Some of my dear friends had to pack up quickly and get out, and some are the incredible first responders and firefighters out there fighting and protecting.
