A new Step Up Step Down residential treatment home in Sudbury, Ont., aims to support young people with complex mental health needs. The bilingual service, run by Compass in partnership with the Rainbow District School Board, is expected to open later this summer.

What a great T-ball season! It was an honour to support our community as both a sponsor and a coach.

While we worked on throwing, catching, and hitting, we also built important life skills. Every practice was an opportunity to strengthen working memory, emotional regulation, resilience, and confidence. We celebrated effort, persistence, teamwork, and showing up, because those are the skills that help children succeed both on and off the field.

It’s a privilege to help young minds grow through play, and build new friendships along the way. 💚⚾
