At Chartwell we savour the season every chance we get, and this week was all about peaches. We welcomed Jennifer from Fresh Start, who shared how they work to ensure we have the freshest, juiciest, highest quality food to serve, starting with their incredible peaches.

After learning what goes into growing and selecting the perfect fruit, we enjoyed homemade peach salsa and a warm slice of peach pie. Because why not.
