Grief can feel incredibly isolating, and it often looks different for teenagers than it does for adults. The VON Middlesex Teen Circle is a welcoming environment where you can talk openly, share memories, listen to others, or simply sit in silence with people your own age who "get it".

This group offers:
• Safe Space: Express feelings without any judgment.
• Peer Connection: Meet other teens processing similar losses.
• Creative Coping: Explore music, crafts, and group activities.

Group Details:
• Who: Teens (Ages 13–17).
• Cost: 100% free.
• When: 3rd Tuesday each month from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
