[Volume 1, Issue 2 - June 2025]

Have you ever tucked a dream away because life got busy, practical, or “good enough”?

In "Dare to Dream Again: Manifesting a Life You Love", Sharla Goodwin shares her own journey of realizing she was surviving, but not fully living — and how hope, belief, energy, and daily repetition helped her begin creating a life that felt more aligned with her soul.

This article is a beautiful reminder that manifesting doesn’t have to begin with something huge.

Sometimes it starts with one small desire.
One clear thought.
One belief repeated often enough that your brain and energy begin to move with it.

Sharla writes about dreaming again, choosing possibility, and becoming the energy of the life you want to create.

One line that stayed with me: “Your job is to work on your belief and remind your brain of your goals and dreams every single day.”

Thursday, from the current issue:
[Volume 2, Issue 1 - March 2026]

Some seasons of change are loud.

Others are quiet.

They look like fewer messages, longer pauses, deeper thoughts, and a woman beginning to hear herself more clearly than she ever has before.

In "Reflection", Jackie Prosser writes about the tender, painful, powerful process of becoming — the kind of inner work that can make someone seem different on the outside because so much is shifting within.

This piece is a reminder to give people space when they are changing, but also to hold space with kindness.

Ask questions.
Listen gently.
Tell her she is safe to say the words she needs to say.
Remind her she is not broken — she is becoming free.

One line that stayed with me: “She is a woman in reflection, and she is on her path to freedom.”

60-Second Reset: Ouvre ton cœur — Open your heart

While walking at La Solitude, I came upon this quiet little space beside the water — a bench, a gentle sign, the sound of wind, birds, and water trickling nearby.

The sign reads: Ouvre ton cœur — Open your heart.

So for this week’s mini reset, I’m inviting you to sit with me there for one quiet minute.

No need to do anything.
No need to fix anything.
Just breathe, soften, listen, and let your heart open… even a little.

Take this moment for you. 🌿

Monday, from the archives:

[Volume 1 Issue 3 - September 2025]

This piece came from a very real moment — a forest fire nearby, an evacuation advisory, and the sudden question of what I would take with me if I had to leave home quickly.

At first, I packed for survival: clothes, medicine, documents, supplies for the cats.

But later, when the danger had passed, a deeper question surfaced…

Not “What would I need for 72 hours?” but “What would I truly miss if everything were gone?”

This Mindfulness Moment became a reflection on what we treasure, what we cling to, and what we may be ready to gently release.

Here’s the question at the heart of the piece:
“If you had 30 seconds, what would you reach for?”

Maybe it’s a photograph. A letter. A piece of art. A family heirloom. Something small that carries a whole world of memory.

And maybe, just maybe, the answer also shows us what no longer needs to come with us.
