Testosterone. Estrogen. Progesterone.

We’ve been calling them “male” and “female” hormones for so long that most people assume it’s biology — but it’s not. It’s a label.

Vaginal estrogen might be the most underused treatment in women’s health — and most women have never even had the conversation with their doctor. 🙋‍♀️

It’s a low-dose, local form of estrogen (cream, tablet, or ring) that works directly on vaginal, vulvar, and bladder tissue — not the same as systemic HRT.
