Every young person deserves the opportunity to access the mental health support they need, when they need it.

This is an important step in strengthening mental health services for young people and families across New Brunswick. Investing in youth means investing in their well-being, their future, and the communities they will grow up in.

Here at ARA, we recognize the importance of supportive environments and access to appropriate services at every stage of life. 💜💛

Rowena has been settling into her role and shared that she’s really enjoying office administration and learning more about ARA, our team, and the work we do in our community.

We’re so happy to have Rowena with us and look forward to seeing her continue to learn and grow throughout her time at ARA! 💛

At ARA, we believe that meaningful change begins with listening, learning, and understanding the experiences of those around us. We are grateful for the opportunity to continue learning from Indigenous communities and to honour the importance of truth and reconciliation in the work we do every day.

Today is a day to pause, reflect, and remember; while carrying that commitment forward throughout the year. 🧡

🌱🫛 Growing at Homestead! 🥦🫜

Our residents have been enjoying the garden, getting outside, taking care of their plants and watching everything grow.

It’s so nice seeing the garden bring a little extra joy to our days and our meals! 🥗

A big thank you again to the Town of Salisbury for helping make our garden possible!
