I followed my instinct to do what I do best – help people feel better & happier! I did my massage therapy & aesthetics studies at the Northern Ireland Academy of Beauty & Holistics (NIABH). I am a certified massage practitioner and an active member of the Regroupement des Massothérapeutes du Québec(RMQ). I also specialised in Skin Care treatments and perform facial massage, where I combine differ

ent aesthetic & massage maneuvers. I master a large number of techniques such as: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, Indian Head, Trigger points, Cupping, Prenatal & Postnatal etc.. With my expertise I make my best to adapt my practice to adults, children, as well as, occasional or regular athletes.My main goal is to see you come out of my session relaxed, with renewed energy and balance! ** I ALSO SPEAK FRENCH**
