Build confidence with My Outlet 🔌

Our Kids Signature Program gives kids and teens a place to build confidence, emotional regulation, social skills and real friendships — in a neuroinclusive space designed for how they actually learn.

Each week we teach one themed skill out loud, and your child takes home a Lego block to remember it.

This fall: Chill Zone · Sensory Needs · Get Started · Problem Solving · Confidence · Kindness · Third Spaces · Self Love

For Minis (ages 4–6), kids 7+ and teens with ADHD, autism, dyslexia and other neurotypes. No diagnosis required.

Meet your fall cameo: Jonah Hamilton.

Jonah is a dancer, choreographer, certified personal trainer and leadership coach who started teaching at 12 and never stopped. This fall, he's joining us as a cameo to lead sessions all about confidence.

His classroom rule is simple: a space where kids feel safe making mistakes and finding their own voice. Which is exactly what confidence is built from.

A strategy learned in a clinic doesn't always survive the playground🧠

For kids struggling with executive functioning or social communication, translating an abstract concept into a messy, unpredictable real-world moment is genuinely hard.

So we teach it at My Outlet Hub | ADHD, Autism & Neuroinclusive

Emotion regulation, confidence, advocacy, awareness of self and peers — practiced in real time.

And they're not doing it alone. Our facilitators are trained to read the moment and support kids with ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodiversity as it unfolds.

Most classrooms are built for one kind of brain 🧠

Research on how children with ADHD and autism learn best points to the same handful of things — and almost none of them involve sitting still.

➡️Predictable structure.
➡️Movement.
➡️Frequent breaks.
➡️Building around deep interests instead of fighting them.
➡️A sensory environment that doesn't drain them before the learning starts.

None of that is a special accommodation. It's just how these brains work.
