Lacuna Kitchen Lacuna creates thoughtfully crafted seed cycling bars inspired by the natural rhythm of women’s cycles.

Rooted in ancient wisdom, our mission is to guide, inspire, and educate women to reconnect with their cyclical nature through intentional food. Much like the seasons in nature, women's menstrual cycles have a predictable pattern. Understanding and utilizing the strength within these seasons can bring incredible ease and satisfaction within our lives. These seasonal attributes are reflected within our own menstrual cycle
which guide us in our actions and emotions throughout the month much like the seasons in nature.

Slowly digesting the unfolding of my very very first trade show.

I usually find 1% of people I interact with at markets know what seed cycling is. Obviously very different when speaking with a room full of of ND’s.

Lacuna seed cycling bars was so incredibly well received by everyone who stopped by my booth.

I am beyond excited for what the future holds.

What an incredible experience meeting practitioners who support my product!

These ladies bought a box each just to show support.

I teared… and still am.

Thanks for all the love and support

I leave feeling blessed and grateful
