Tomorrow, our Day Program community will be taking time to learn, reflect, and remember.

🧡 We encourage everyone to wear an orange shirt as we honour residential school Survivors, their families, the children who never returned home, and Indigenous communities.

Throughout the day, we’ll create space to learn about the meaning of this important day and reflect on what truth, understanding, and reconciliation mean.

Sometimes, it’s about giving someone enough time to respond, listening to what they’re not saying, noticing their body language, and taking the time to understand their needs.
A little patience and understanding can make communication feel much easier and more comfortable.
