Big News for Grimshaw!

We’re excited to announce that Sole Solutions will be continuing the Foot Care Program in Grimshaw!🦶💙

If you have previously been part of the program, you will be contacted directly and booked in for your upcoming appointment shortly. We ask that you please bear with us as we work through this transition and get everyone organized. We’re so excited to continue providing accessible, professional advanced foot care to the Grimshaw community!

A very special thank you to Debbie Coleman for all of the time, care, and dedication she has put into this program. She has helped make it what it is today and has made such a positive impact on the community. We wish Debbie all the very best in what comes next! 💐

We would also like to extend a huge thank you to the Grimshaw/Berwyn Health Foundation for their support of this program and their commitment to investing in the health and well-being of the community. Community initiatives like this make a real difference, and we are honoured to be a part of it. 💙

NEW at Sole Solutions! — TENS Nerve Stimulation

You’ve probably heard me talk about TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) and how it can be used as a non-invasive tool to help manage certain types of nerve-related discomfort and lower leg pain.

I’m excited to now offer TENS treatments at Sole Solutions!🦶⚡️

TENS uses gentle electrical stimulation through electrodes placed on specific areas of the body. With proper placement and education, we can use TENS as a tool to help soothe and manage nerve and neuropathy-related pain while creating a calm, relaxing treatment experience.

Available as:
• An add-on to your regular foot care appointment ($25)
• A stand-alone treatment ($30)

A big part of this service is education- I want you to understand how TENS works, where it can be used, how to use it safely, and whether it may be an appropriate option for you. If you are unsure if TENS will help you this is the perfect opportunity to try!

⚠️ TENS is not suitable for everyone, including individuals with pacemakers and certain heart rhythm conditions. We’ll review safety and suitability before treatment.
