📞 Exciting Updates Coming to Sole Solutions! 📞

We're always looking for ways to improve your experience, and we have some exciting changes happening behind the scenes!

To better serve our clients, we're upgrading our phone system and officially welcoming part-time administrative support during the week. This means improved communication, faster response times, a friendly face to greet you, and additional support for any retail purchases or questions you may have when visiting the clinic.

Our goal is to make it easier than ever to connect with us and ensure you receive the best possible service.

✅ Our phone number will remain the same.
✅ Online booking will continue to be available as usual.
✅ Additional administrative support will help expedite phone calls, client inquiries, and retail assistance.

During the phone system transition, there may be some temporary disruptions or delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we make these improvements. Everything should be running smoothly by June 12th 🤞

📢 Sole Solutions will be out of the office May 21st–26th while attending the Canadian Foot Care Conference!

During this time, calls and messages will be returned once I’m back in the office. As always, online booking remains available, and you’re welcome to stop by the shop during regular hours.
