✨ REFLEXOLOGY + INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE ✨

The most popular session I offer (besides reflexology on its own)… and for very good reason.

This is a 110-minute nervous system vacation.

We start with reflexology, working specific reflex points on the feet that correspond with different areas and systems of the body. The pressure and stimulation help encourage relaxation, support circulation, and give the nervous system a chance to shift out of that constant go, go, go state.

And then…

We move into Indian Head Massage - the cherry on top.

This is the second half of your 110-minute session where we work through the head, scalp, face, neck, shoulders, upper back, upper chest.

I create space for your nervous system to finally get the message:
You are safe. You can let go now.

And this is usually the point where my clients completely MELT.

We’re talking:
✨ Heavy limbs
✨ The deepest exhale
✨ That dreamy, floaty feeling
✨ “I think I just left my body for a minute” energy
✨ And sometimes… barely being able to form a full sentence when I ask how you’re feeling.

It’s not unusual to leave feeling deeply relaxed, calm, grounded, sleepy, lighter, or just… really, really good.

And my favourite part?

You can barely form a full sentence.

I’ll ask, “How are you feeling?”

And I’ll get…

”I… um… wow… I don’t even…”

Yep. That’s the one!

The reflexology gets things stimulated and gives your body that focused sensory input, and then Indian Head Massage comes in as the perfect second half—giving you time to actually absorb the relaxation.

It’s 110 minutes of telling your nervous system:

🤍You don’t need to be on high alert right now.
🤍You are safe.
🤍You can soften.
🤍You can rest.

And sometimes, that’s exactly what your body has been waiting for.

IT’S OFFICIAL... WE’RE OPEN!

I can’t believe I finally get to say those words.

This journey has stretched us in every possible way. There were moments of excitement, moments of uncertainty, and many lessons in patience. But through it all, we kept believing in the vision.

And now... WEST is open. 🥹

As of August 5th (today!), my main treatment location will be WEST Studio in Port Hope.

You can now book your appointments online using my online scheduler. If you don’t see a time that fits your schedule, send me a message and we’ll find something that works. Availability will be increasing in September.

For those who love the Cobourg EAST Studio, don’t worry! I’ll be hosting 1–2 pop-up days each month at EAST Studio for treatments. August and September dates are now available online to book.

Why do you feel so different after reflexology?

One person leaves my treatment room feeling deeply relaxed and ready for a nap, while another walks out feeling refreshed, energized, or even unexpectedly emotional.

So… why the difference?

The way I see it, reflexology works with the whole person, not just the feet. Every body is different, and every session can be different depending on what you’re carrying physically, mentally, and emotionally that day.

After a reflexology session, you might experience:

✨ A deep sense of calm and relaxation
✨ Feeling sleepy as your body settles into rest and recovery
✨ Increased energy and mental clarity
✨ An emotional release as stress and tension begin to soften
✨ A greater awareness of your body and what it may be asking for

There is no “right” way to feel after reflexology.

I always remind my clients that their response is completely individual. You might feel one way after today’s session and something completely different the next time—and that’s okay.

After your treatment, I encourage you to drink plenty of water, take things a little slower if you can, and pay attention to how you feel over the next 24–48 hours.

Your body is always communicating with you. Reflexology simply gives you the opportunity to slow down, tune in, and listen.

Yup. You can stay in your comfiest clothes, curl up on your couch, and we can still do some pretty amazing energy work together!

Virtual energy healing works on the same principle as an in-person session. Energy isn’t limited by physical space.

Whether you’re lying on my treatment table or lying in your own bed, the goal is the same: to help your body, mind, and energy move into a deeper state of relaxation and regulation.

So what actually happens?

We start with a little chat about what’s going on with you. Maybe you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, emotionally drained, stuck in your head, having trouble sleeping, or just feeling like your energy is… OFF. (We’ve all been there.)

Then I’ll get you settled into a comfortable space where you can relax, close your eyes, and let yourself receive.

During your session, I work intuitively with your energy to support relaxation, help release energetic tension and overwhelm, and create space for you to reconnect with yourself.

Energy healing may help support stress reduction, emotional regulation, relaxation, better sleep, and that lovely feeling of finally being able to exhale.

You might feel warmth, tingling, heaviness, lightness, emotions, or absolutely nothing at all. There’s no right or wrong way to experience it. Your only job is to get comfy and let yourself be supported.

And honestly? Sometimes doing it virtually is even better because you’re already in your own safe space. No driving home, no rushing back into your day. You can simply stay cozy and ease back into your life when we’re done.

And because you’re working with me, you already know we aren’t ending without a little intuitive magic!

Every session ends with a card pull, a little message or reflection to take with you and sit with after our time together.

So yes… virtual energy healing is absolutely a thing.

And yes… it can be just as beautiful, calming, and powerful as being together in person.

All you need is a quiet space, a comfy spot to lie down or sit, and an open mind.

This season of my life has taught me that receiving can be harder than surviving.

Surviving is familiar.

You learn how to carry everything yourself.
You learn how to push through exhaustion, disappointment, uncertainty, and heartbreak.
You become strong because you have to.

But receiving?

Receiving support.
Receiving love.
Receiving kindness.
Receiving opportunities.
Receiving rest without guilt.

That can feel far more uncomfortable than simply doing it all yourself.

I’ve lived through seasons that forced me to become resilient. Seasons that changed me forever. And now I’m learning that healing isn’t always about becoming stronger. Sometimes it’s about feeling safe enough to soften.

If you’re moving through something right now, know that over-sharing doesn’t exist in my treatment room.

Chances are, I can relate more than you realize. Not because our stories are identical, but because I’ve walked through enough of life to understand what it feels like to carry heavy things.

Whether you’re coming for reflexology, Indian Head Massage, energy healing, or simply a quiet place to exhale, I’m here to hold space for all of it.

One of the most common things clients apologize for during a treatment is their stomach growling… and I always smile when it happens.

A rumbling tummy during reflexology, IHM, energy healing, or any relaxing treatment is actually a really beautiful sign.

Why?

Because it means your nervous system is softening enough to finally rest. Your body feels safe. Digestion reactivates, stress hormones settle, and your body shifts out of survival mode and back into healing mode.

👉🏼 And fun fact — if my stomach growls too, it’s often the same thing happening. That’s co-regulation. Two nervous systems settling into a calm, grounded state together.

I love it!!!

The body is always communicating with us. Sometimes healing sounds a lot like a tummy rumble.
