We heard it was spooky season, so we traded our clinic gear for bedsheets and went out on the town 👻

The Krell crew threw on our finest sheets and floated around Prince George to soak up some spooky season spirit. And let us tell you, this town has some seriously spook-tacular decorations 🎃🕸️

Our team spends a lot of time helping people feel their best, so we make a point of doing the same for ourselves. This month, we spent time picking out the perfect pumpkins, chasing a few autumn views, enjoying some mountain hikes (both near and far!), cheering on our favourite teams, and squeezing in some quality time with the people we love.

With 28 years practicing as a Chiropractor, Dr. Tara has helped patients of all ages feel more like themselves. She studied at the University of Victoria and the National University of Health Sciences in Chicago, where she also completed a three-year residency in family practice.

One area Dr. Tara is especially passionate and knowledgable about is the jaw. 🦷 If you deal with any jaw tension, clicking, or discomfort, Dr. Tara has a special focus on TMJ/TMD and takes the time to understand what's going on for you.
