For the first time in almost 11 years I took a 2.5 week vacation, but I also decided this was the perfect opportunity to learn some new skills.

Over the weekend I finished up an online course for Table Stretching System

If you recall last January I went to Toronto to take a Performance Stretching System course- an on the floor based stretching technique.

Now I am learning those stretches applied on the table so I can incorporate these into our sessions!

* I am needing 60 practice hours in order to get my certificate*

This is Greg, my longest standing client!

Greg started seeing me when I was in my first year as a student at Western College Of Massage Therapy in 2014!

June 22nd marked 10 years of being a full time Massage Therapist, a week ago I got chatting with a client about how long she had been seeing me, it would be 10 years in 2026.

This then got me thinking about my longest standing client, who's supported me and paid for my services the longest.

I know I have many clients that have been so loyal and have been with me for many many years and I greatly appreciate every one of you!

So when Greg came in today I was eager to snap a photo and offer his massage FREE of charge on me to thank him for being with me since the beginning!

I have had a few clients ask about the portable infrared sauna I purchased earlier this year.

I have thoroughly enjoyed it and found it quite easy to set up. Takes no time to heat up, just a little post sauna clean up.

Great alternative price and space wise to a standard sauna!

It did come with the ice bath as well though I have not used it yet, I may get brave enough this spring 🥶

Stretch sessions can be booked standalone or added onto a massage treatment as a modality before the massage.
