Thank you to the Blindman Valley Lions Club for hosting a Food Drive for the Rimbey Food Bank. The event at the Evergreen Co-op yesterday raised $822.40 and 298.4 pounds of food!

📢 Elder Abuse Awareness Presentation & Q&A

Join us on November 18 from 10:00 - 11:30 AM at the Seniors Drop-In for an important conversation about elder abuse awareness.

Learn how to recognize the signs of elder abuse, how to respond, and where to find support for yourself, a family member, friend, or neighbour. This presentation will provide valuable information, resources, and an opportunity to ask questions in a safe and welcoming environment.

Together, we can help create a community where older adults are safe, respected, and supported.

🌟 Volunteer Spotlight: Dawn Nawrot 🌟

Today, we are pleased to recognize Dawn Nawrot for her dedication and generosity as a volunteer with RCHHS since 2023.

Dawn is an important member of our Food Bank team, helping ensure community members have access to the support they need. She is always willing to lend a hand with other programs whenever her schedule allows, bringing a positive attitude and helping spirit wherever she goes.

A busy and active member of our community, Dawn generously shares her time with many organizations and initiatives. Her commitment to giving back makes a meaningful difference in the lives of those around her.
