Over the years I have come to realize how many people move through their days carrying stress, exhaustion, tension, and emotional weight without ever really pausing long enough to check in with themselves.

That’s why one of my greatest passions in my business was to provide a place clients could come that was not only an oasis from the outside world but a place they can finally exhale.

My treatments are meant to be a space where you can simply come as you are — no pressure, no expectations, just time to rest, to let go, and take whatever it is you need from the treatment.

I work intuitively and intentionally, creating each treatment for the individual.

In my over 20 years of being a practitioner of Reflexology I have waited for the day that advances and quality in research regarding the benefits of Reflexology comes to light, confirming this therapy is more than a foot rub. I have always stood tall—proud of what I do. Insurance companies have ignored Reflexology and rarely cover this therapy maybe this is the beginning of a turning point, will I actually see the day that it is recognized and not dismissed? I’m moving forward, I have learned to embrace the idea of social media as a powerful tool to reach people. “I’m old school!” I would often say but instead of it being something of merit it was more of an excuse and a detriment. So I’m forward somewhat nervous because I don’t want to loose me in posts that are not a true reflection of me and my life as a practitioner. This is going to be hard for me but I’m going to give it a go.

So in the next few weeks I will new some people who would like to lend me their time and their feet lol so I can start creating videos that have some useful tips, and suggestions that you all might benefit from. It’s hard to believe that more than two decades have passed since I began this journey with Equilibrium Reflexology. What started as a passion has grown into a lifelong calling, and I am so deeply grateful for every client who has been part of it.

It feels like the time is right to share more of who I’m am and what I would like to offer.

On May 1st, I will be unveiling a new brand. Equilibrium Reflexology will continue to offer the services you know and love and adding a new chapter. All will be revealed soon.

It's been a while I know. I thought I'd do a quick update. In September this year I began my Sound Healing Course that runs to the end of January 2025. In February next year I will be adding very new treatments to my other much loved favorites. The Sound Healing is not just crystal singing bowls even though that will be offered as well. In February I welcome combining acupuncture points with frequencies. These Healing protocols will aid with the following health concerns with a approach that treats not just the physical but also the energetic, spiritual, emotional root causes.
