Catherine is a trauma informed ICF certified Professional Life Coach and also a Master Facilitator with the Trauma Healing Institute. She is also trained in Rapha/ Sozo and the Formational Prayer Ministry. She has her B.A./B. ED and has served as a teacher with the school board as well as a children's pastor in several ministries. Catherine is passionate about educating and equipping individuals to process and find freedom from the mental, spiritual and emotional effects of heart wounds. She is Agora's Trauma Healing Ministry Lead and provides healing groups for those processing their heart wounds as well as training, equipping and certification for leaders who demonstrate necessary skills to help traumatized people and who are wishing to begin Trauma Healing Ministry.

This online small group is limited to 12 for creating a space to share and heal.
