Empowering women to achieve the best pregnancy and birth experience possible Seeing women evolve from being fearful and uncertain to confident and empowered.

Knowing they can face the challenge of labour with the tools I have taught them warms my heart. I have always been fascinated with the pregnant woman’s body, and to combine that with my passion for yoga makes it a perfect union. Women need to feel supported during this vulnerable time. My clients benefit from being part of our community as well as from my experience as a nurse, doula, massage ther

apist, yoga instructor, mother, and woman. They learn how to support their body through the common discomforts of pregnancy through yoga and education and learn tools to help with labour and delivery as well as gain access to education and other resources. My unique prenatal yoga program constantly evolves from the tools I see women using birth after birth, and from the exceptional birth stories they share with me. Namaste: the light in me honours the light in you AND the light growing within you!

Happy Labour Day!!
Happy Birthday to Me!!
Happy 10th Anniversary Between Mothers!!

Fun Fact -I was born on Labour day, so maybe I was destined to designate a major part of my life to women and labour and delivery!! It certainly has been a passion, and then Between Mothers coming to fruition was a dream come true!
I can’t believe it’s been 10 years already!!
From starting jitters in a make-shift green screen studio (cause the building wasn’t ready) to the beautiful space that has welcomed and empowered almost a 1000 expectant women, and witnessed mothers blossom, babies bloom, and lifelong friendships born in this room!!
I am so happy to be starting this September session with so much experience behind me, yet with new exuberance to share more, teach more, and give more to this next generation of moms and babes!
I thank everyone of you -you left a piece of you with me!
To all the new moms, bumps and babes, I am so excited to be a part of your journey too!!

September is a fresh start that brings the cozy feeling of autumn and the golden light of change.

I love September!! Not only because it’s my birthday month ( Virgo ♍️ season) but with all the changes in nature and routines it feels more like a new year than January! I’m always excited and feel at my best and most inspired which means I bring my best to my people!!
