Two weeks ago, our team had the incredible opportunity to invest in what matters most—developing our competency as clinicians.
We spent two intensive days learning from Dr. Steven Hayes, the founder of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), deepening our understanding of psychological flexibility, values-based living, mindfulness, and evidence-based approaches to supporting meaningful change.
As a team, we believe that great care starts with a commitment to lifelong learning. This experience challenged us to grow professionally, strengthen our clinical skills, and continue providing high-quality support to the individuals, couples, families, and communities we serve.
One of my biggest takeaways: mental wellness isn’t about eliminating pain—it’s about learning how to carry it while continuing to move toward what matters most.
Grateful for the opportunity to learn from one of the most influential voices in modern psychotherapy alongside this amazing team.
