When is the best time to bring your baby in for craniosacral therapy? 👶🤍

The truth is there’s no perfect time.

Some families come in a few days after birth, weeks after birth when things feel a little unsettled… others come later when challenges with feeding, sleep, or comfort show up.

Birth is a big experience for a baby’s body & nervous system, & sometimes they just need a little support as they adjust.

& it’s never too late either 🤍

Yes! you can be comfortable during a massage while pregnant 🤍

With the right support (hello, pregnancy bolster), you can safely lie face down & fully relax. No awkward positioning, no discomfort.

& of course, side-lying is always an option too. Every session is adapted to what feels best for your body that day.

Pregnancy massage isn’t just about relieving aches & tension, it’s about giving you space to rest, breathe, & feel supported through all the changes your body is going through.

Comfort matters. You deserve that 🤍

When should you see a pediatrician… &when might craniosacral therapy help? 👶🤍

Both have an important place & knowing where to start can feel confusing as a parent.

👉 See a pediatrician if your baby has:
• Fever
• Difficulty breathing
• Poor weight gain
• Persistent vomiting or signs of illness
• Anything that feels urgent or concerning

Medical care always comes first when something needs to be ruled out.

👉 Craniosacral therapy can be supportive for things like:
• Tension in the body
• Gassy or uncomfortable babies
• Difficulty settling or sleeping
• Feeding challenges
• Preference to one side

It’s gentle, baby-led care that works alongside your medical team not instead of it 🤍

If you’re ever unsure, trust your instincts & don’t hesitate to reach out to your healthcare provider.
