❄️ Join our team and help support seniors this winter!

Encompass is hiring a Snowplow Driver & Program Support worker at $25/hour, with a guaranteed minimum of 20 paid hours per week—that’s at least $500 gross weekly.

You’ll drive our company plow truck for residential snow clearing. During quieter weather, you’ll help with our food-delivery program, maintenance and other duties at Connections for Seniors.

We’re looking for someone with pickup snowplow experience, a valid driver’s licence, a clear driver’s abstract and a dependable approach to work. (acceptance by our insurer mandatory prior to work)

Snow-clearing call-outs may include early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays. Being ready and on time is essential!

Fresh food. Community connections. More support for seniors.

Eating well starts with being able to access a variety of foods—including fruits and vegetables. For some seniors, the cost of groceries and difficulty getting to the store can make that harder.

At Encompass, we regularly purchase fresh produce remaining after Food First NL’s Food on the Move markets, helping get those fruits and vegetables out to seniors in our community.

It’s a practical way to put good food to use and reach more people through community collaboration.

Thank you, Food First NL, for the work you do to improve food access. We’re glad to work together toward a shared goal: helping seniors access and enjoy good food. 💚
