This isn’t going to stay quiet for long… 👀
There’s a move inside this leg day workout...
And it's the Cossack squat.
By squatting deeply to one side while keeping the other leg perfectly straight, you intensely stretch your inner thighs (adductor muscles) and open up your hips.
This move might not be the starting point for everyone, and that’s completely fine.
👇But this is how you can get there.
Start with a lateral lunge.
Keep the range smaller.
Use support in the beginning.
Then work toward the deeper version over time.
That’s how strength training should work.
You don’t force better movement.
You build it. 💪
