Happy 60th Birthday to our incredible Mary Lou! ❤️

Today we celebrate someone who is truly at the heart of TSL.

For more than 41 years, Mary Lou has been part of this clinic , which is quite extraordinary when you stop and think about it. She has been here through decades of changes, countless patients, generations of staff, plenty of laughter, probably a few headaches, and more stories than the rest of us will ever know!

But Mary Lou is so much more than the number of years she has been here.

She is the person who cares deeply about the people around her. She is thoughtful, loyal, kind, hardworking and incredibly generous with herself. She notices the little things, remembers what matters, and is always there when someone needs her. She gives so much to our patients, our team and this clinic, and she does it with a heart that is genuinely one of a kind.

TSL simply would not be the same without her.

After more than four decades, she hasn’t lost that beautiful smile, her sense of humour, or her ability to make the people around her feel cared for. If anything, she just keeps getting better.

So today, we hope Mary Lou feels even a little of the love and appreciation she has given to so many people over the years.

From all of us , your entire TSL family , we wish you the happiest 60th birthday, Mary Lou.

We are incredibly lucky to have you, incredibly grateful for everything you do, and we love you dearly.

Where do we even start with this one?

Loyal, talented, dependable and always up for a bit of fun. Maddi is the kind of person you want on your team.

She’s a fantastic kinesiologist, a pretty fabulous baseball player who gives so much back to her sport, a music lover, and usually has that little twinkle in her eye that makes you wonder what she’s up to next.

Maddi genuinely loves people, and she has a way of making everyone feel welcome, valued and cared for, whether she’s helping a client, supporting a teammate or simply making us laugh at the clinic.

Meet Ozden ❤️

Sometimes someone joins your team and you very quickly realize just how fortunate you are to have found them.
Ozden is one of those people.
Warm, humble, incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely kind, Ozden brings something very special to TSL Physio. She is a Registered Kinesiologist in Canada, but behind that title is more than 20 years of international physiotherapy experience and a depth of clinical knowledge that is evident in the thoughtful way she cares for people.

Since arriving in Canada in 2024, Ozden has worked incredibly hard to build a new professional life here, improving her English, completing the English for Academic Learning program at Conestoga College, obtaining credential approval from the Canadian Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulators, and continuing the process toward becoming a registered physiotherapist in Canada.

While she completes that journey, Ozden works with our patients within her scope as a Registered Kinesiologist, bringing her extensive background in movement, rehabilitation and patient care to everything she does.
But her qualifications are only part of what makes her so special.
Ozden has a way of making people feel safe, heard and genuinely cared for. She is calm, reassuring and incredibly humble. She never needs to tell you how much she knows , you simply see it in the way she listens, observes, explains and cares.

Our patients feel it.
Our team feels it.
And we feel incredibly lucky to have her.

Starting over professionally in a new country takes courage, determination and an enormous amount of hard work. Ozden has embraced that journey with grace, positivity and a commitment to learning that we admire tremendously.
We have absolutely no doubt about what lies ahead for her.
For now, we are simply very proud to introduce Ozden, Registered Kinesiologist, experienced international physiotherapist, future Canadian physiotherapist, and one truly exceptional human being.

Liv is one of the co-owners of TSL Physio and wears many hats. She is an amazing physiotherapist, devoted mom, loving wife, inspiring boss, wonderful coworker, loyal friend, soccer coach, proud dog mom, talented gardener, fantastic cook, and is always ready for any adventure or fun that comes her way!

Her laughter is often heard before you even see her—and it’s so contagious that everyone around her can’t help but smile along. Every day she brightens our lives with hugs, treats, kindness, and a listening ear. Anyone who knows Liv can see the passion she brings to everything she does, especially the care she gives to her patients and team.
