Hey everyone!
I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how we take our vision for granted until something feels off. We all know the basics—get regular eye exams, limit screen time (lol, easier said than done), wear sunglasses—but I’m curious:
👉 What’s a less obvious eye care habit that’s made a real difference for you?
For me, I follow the 20-20-20 rule more consistently (every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds), and honestly, it’s been a game changer for reducing eye strain.
I’ve also been paying more attention to things like:
Proper lighting while working/reading
Staying hydrated (surprisingly helpful!)
Taking breaks from contacts
