Over the next few weeks, there are 3 great ways to support Hospice!

Middlesex County Council:

Come to the upcoming Middlesex County Council meeting to stand up with us to show how important Strathroy Hospice is to our community as we appear before the Council regarding a Plan Amendment related to our proposed hospice, on Tuesday, September 8 at 1:00 p.m. in the Middlesex County Council Chambers (399 Ridout Street North, London).

Strathroy Lobsterfest:

Join us for an unforgettable night of great food, live entertainment, fresh lobster, surf & turf, live music, DJs, aerial performances, lawn games, Kids and Teen Zones on Saturday, September 12 at the Portuguese Canadian Club of Strathroy.

Hometown Heroes for Hospice Charity Baseball Game:

Come out and watch our local heroes as they step up to the plate for the Hometown Heroes for Hospice Charity Baseball Game. It will be a fun, friendly showdown between the Strathroy-Caradoc Police Service and the Strathroy-Caradoc Fire Department.

Admission is FREE for everyone, so join us on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at the Alexander Park Baseball Diamond (154 Caradoc St. N., Strathroy). First pitch is at 3:00 PM, and donation buckets to support Strathroy Hospice will be passed through the stands during the game

We are building a hospice that will become part of our community and, we hope, part of many families’ legacies.

It will be an essential resource for people living in and around Strathroy-Caradoc, Middlesex and Lambton Counties, providing compassionate end-of-life care in a warm, home-like environment.

It will be a place where families can get the support they need close to home, and where individuals can receive the care, comfort and dignity they deserve in their final chapter of life.

Hot Rods for Hospice Strathroy had something for everyone, making the 2026 Civic Holiday Monday one we won’t soon forget!

It was great to see so many people come out to enjoy over 150 custom and classic cars, trucks, and hot rods, plus the beautiful creativity of the 6th Annual Neon Crab Chalk Art Competition, featuring incredible artwork including a stunning 9-foot Transformers chalk masterpiece. Attendees also had the chance to watch talented local artists in action as they provided tattoos, piercings, and braiding throughout the day, and to shop unique local products and food from the market vendors.

The kids got right in on the fun with the Wonder Play soft play area and games, Touch-a-Truck, face painting, vendors, prizes, and plenty more to keep them entertained.

What made this event extra special was the incredible $9,200 it raised for Strathroy Hospice! This generous donation will have a tremendous impact as we continue building Strathroy Hospice and bringing hospice care to our community.

A huge thank-you to The Hive Tattoo & Co., Dale Wurfel Chrysler Dodge Jeep, all the sponsors, vendors, artists, volunteers, families, friends, race teams, the Strathroy-Caradoc Fire Department, the Strathroy-Caradoc Police Service, the Strathroy Cruisers, DJ Daryl, and everyone who came out to support the day. Your generosity, energy, time, and passion made this event possible. This was truly a community effort, and we couldn’t have done it without you.

In just a few weeks, on Saturday, September 12, the Portuguese Canadian Club of Strathroy is hosting Strathroy Lobsterfest. An unforgettable night of great food, live entertainment, and community spirit, with a portion of proceeds donated to Strathroy Hospice!

Enjoy fresh lobster, surf & turf, live music, DJs, aerial performances, lawn games, Kids and Teen Zones.

Doors open at 4:30 PM, with indoor seating at 6 PM and outdoor seating at 7 PM.

Meal options include lobster, steak, or chicken, served with roasted mini potatoes, corn on the cob, coleslaw, and dessert. Kids' meals are also available.

Our local heroes are stepping up to the plate for Strathroy Hospice!

At their 1st Annual Hometown Heroes for Hospice Charity Baseball Game, the Strathroy-Caradoc Police Service will take on the Strathroy-Caradoc Fire Department in a friendly showdown to help knock it out of the park for Strathroy Hospice.

Bring the whole family out and enjoy an afternoon of community fun!

We are still in awe of the amazing time we had last week at the Hospice Hoedown!

So much happened throughout the night, and we know some people missed the chance to grab their Hospice Hoedown shirt or sweet treats. We also know some of you hoped to be part of the event but couldn’t attend. If that’s you, we’ve got you covered!

We have a limited number of Hospice Hoedown shirts in assorted sizes and colours, along with candy bags available for purchase.

All proceeds from these items will go directly to Strathroy Hospice.

Hi, I'm Michelle, and I support Strathroy Hospice!

Giving back to my community has always been an important part of who I am. From my time coaching youth sports, volunteering on Parent Council at my children's school, serving on local boards, or supporting organizations like Cook for the Cure and Community Over Cancer, I've learned how helping others strengthens our community.

After more than 11 years supporting local individuals and families affected by cancer, the decision to become the Secretary for Strathroy Hospice was an easy one. Strathroy Hospice will make a difference in our community, and I believe that even the smallest acts of support can make a difference for people facing a difficult time.

Volunteering has given me so much, and I'm proud to be supporting Strathroy Hospice and its mission to bring comfort, compassion, and hope to our community.
