Join us for an inclusive, spooktacular Hallowe’en celebration designed for those who face barriers to traditional trick-or-treating!

To help keep the event running smoothly and ensure a fun experience for everyone, each group must register in advance (wrightrehab.ca/event) for an arrival time. A ticket will be provided for each participant who will be trick-or-treating 🍬 (tickets are not required for parents or guardians).

If there’s anything we should know that could help us make your experience even better, please email [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate.

We had a ton of fun competing in the Brain It On! Cognitive Corporate Challenge last night.

Organized by Siskinds and now in its 6th year, this high-energy evening brought together teams for a night of bowling, laser tag, and brain-bending challenges.

Proceeds from the event benefit the Siskinds Acquired Brain Injury Innovation Fund at St. Joseph's Health Care Foundation, advancing innovative treatments and therapies for those living with acquired brain injuries.

“This summer, a gentleman that I support was struggling. A family member took him to the hospital out of concern for his wellbeing. He spent several days in the hospital before being released. This gentleman spends the majority of his time inside his apartment unit and is reluctant to go out. During a recent session he agreed to go outside for a walk. With support, this gentleman used his walker to explore a path around the exterior of his building. While slowly walking, we talked about the flowers and birds that we were observing. This outing was more than a simple walk. Spending time outside of his apartment allowed this gentleman to feel the warmth of the sunshine, observe nature and adjust his outlook. I would encourage everyone to spend time outside with their clients when they can. Fresh air and sunshine might be what is needed to brighten their day.” - a Wright Rehab RT
