💚🍃 MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: BRITTANY
Brittany started Personal Training about a year ago. We train 3x per week and they are some GOOOODDD sessions 🥵. I really push Brittany. She has lost a significant amount of weight but also had a major focus on being strong, confident and toned. I love our Monday, Tuesday & Friday sessions. I’m always throwing new moves at her and she’s up for anything!

My favorite thing about CB Holistic Health is how you always feel welcomed no matter where you're at in your fitness journey. The instructors are amazing and make going to work out something you look forward to.
