Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. As someone who shares my home with four dachshunds who I love dearly, supporting organizations that care for vulnerable animals is something that’s deeply important to me.

I’m proud to be a Bronze Sponsor at the Tails of Hope Gala in support of the Ontario SPCA and Humane Society Northwest Animal Centre this year.

Most people think the most important first aid skill is CPR.

And yes is is definitely an important one. But before CPR, before an AED, and before treating an injury, you need to be able to stay calm.

In an emergency, staying calm helps you think clearly, assess what's happening, call for help, and take the right next step.

When you train with me in a first aid class, you gain more than life-saving skills; you build the confidence to help stay calm, think clearly, and take action when someone needs your help.

I can't wait to see you in a class soon!
