It's a wonderful milestone!

🌟 Summersides Retirement Community Just Reached a Major Milestone! 🌟

Our waiting list has officially topped 500 people! We are completely blown away by the response and the interest in becoming part of our new community. For those of you who have referred friends and relatives—thank you! Knowing you want to share us with your loved ones means the world to us.

We’ve learned that while many of you are eager to make the move as soon as possible, others are perfectly content and not planning to join us for a few more years. By having such a diverse timeline within our 500 future neighbours, we are expecting to be able to accommodate everyone on the list as both the Retirement Residence and the Seniors Apartments come online.

Reaching 500 isn’t just a number; it’s 500 people we get to welcome into a wonderful new community. We’re so grateful to have you with us on this journey.

Our team thoroughly enjoyed this experince and learned so much from it.
We support our clients with our vast knowledge of the senior living sector, but we are always open to learning from them.

Last week we spent 3 days running 8 focus groups for some of the many seniors interested in Summersides Retirement Residence.
It was a wonderful experience for our team, and based on the engagement and the Thank-You notes we received it was also a very positive experience for our guests.

Frank Giannone, president of FRAM + Slokker, who has been running focus groups for years, lead and moderated the meetings. He did a wonderful job sharing information but also encouraging our participants to provide feedback and tell us their wants and needs.

Nick Colamartini, Vice President, and the entire Mountainview Building Group hosted the eight (8!!) meetings over the 3 days in their head office, made everyone comfortable and had great tech to ensure we capture all the thoughts and ideas raised at the meetings.

We came out of these sessions with some new ideas for the next buildings to be built as part of the Summersides community, and with a great confidence that there is a very large group of people waiting for them to be built.

Exciting times for the Summersides Retirement Residence team!

Yesterday we invited the good people who joined our waiting list to participate in a survey and later a focus group, to allow us to get to know our clients better and what matters to them.
We already received more than 100 responses!
