Grief and loss is so f@ painful, confusing, draining. It is also very f@%*ing liberating when integration and support come online.

Acupuncture is one very important medicine when it comes to adapting and integrating grief and loss. It can connect us to ancestral support, expansive mind and care for the invisible fibres that are twisting around a new (unwanted) reality.

See me. See anyone you trust, are near to or have heard can help.

Ask for help. Liberate. Heal.

No one you love or have loved wants you to be stuck in the sadness, nor do we have to pretend it isn’t there.
