https://villageacupunc.janeapp.com/Hi all

more information here and opportunity to connect...

Our consciousness is sophisticated and will make us "safe" in anyway possible, including unconscious defence. Transferring stress from one situation to another is a side move of the ego to cope with what is. It is very skillful, but after a while can get messy af!.

Accessing care that can help you to see clearly is one way to resolve or prevent further burnout.

Text reads:

"Displacement is often an unconscious, psychological defense mechanism in which a person redirects a negative emotion from its original source to a less threatening recipient that is less likely to come with repercussions."

Messy and stressy, for sure.

Extraordinary Vessel Acupuncture supports you to move back and see what you are doing, so you can make decisions with clarity.

What conflict is yours, actually?

Burnout Stage 3

Neglecting one's needs

There are times when it makes absolute sense to put oneself aside and do the thing, AND when that muscle is overworked, burnout is the direct consequence. It can feel immoral, wrong, strange and even rude to centre one's Self... yet, this is what the human experience demands. Not Self in isolation, Self in relation to self, other and world.

Text reads:

Taking care of self is easy to push aside in the face of great tragedy, crisis and dire conditions.

Extraordinary Vessel Acupuncture brings us out of fight/flight and descends Stomach Qi, allowing you to see what needs taking care of right beneath your eyes.

This is your oxygen mask going on first.

What do you need to take care of you?

Burnout can feel like success at this stage, like "I am winning!", cuz you can push and work and GO!
Things get done and self falls by the wayside, but it feels like a race and you are crossing things off and YAHOO!!

Does this stage resonate?

Text reads:
Stage 2 of Burnout finds us in the mode of push hard, work harder. Of course you are pushing, of course, there is no time and you gotta survive!

Extraordinary Vessel Acupuncture strengthens your capacity to let go so you start taking on only what you can truly be responsible for, which is better for everybody and every movement.

A capacity check is collective care.

What do you offer when you have capacity?

Hi all,

Sharing these to inform and connect...

Burnout is serious and reversible, we can resolve, prevent and even live with burnout *(radical reality check - some of us might not have the resources to transform burnout so the work then is to minimize it as much as possible).

Text reads:

Burnout Stage 1 - An urgency to prove oneself

When all forces seem to want to destroy humans there is real urgency to prove oneself.

Extraordinary Vessel Acupuncture connects you to unwavering currents of Yin in your body, so you can feel solid again and recommit to justice from a grounded sense of Self.

Personal power rebooted, burnout prevented.

What do you generate when you feel grounded?

I’m One Too.
I am still building a commitment to caring for myself, even after 24 years of being a health practitioner.

It’s hard!

Going to an appointment is a part of it.

With me, your local acupuncturist or another health care provider who serves you well.

You can see it clearly, self care IS collective care & vice versa.

Grief and loss is so f@ painful, confusing, draining. It is also very f@%*ing liberating when integration and support come online.

Acupuncture is one very important medicine when it comes to adapting and integrating grief and loss. It can connect us to ancestral support, expansive mind and care for the invisible fibres that are twisting around a new (unwanted) reality.

See me. See anyone you trust, are near to or have heard can help.

Ask for help. Liberate. Heal.

No one you love or have loved wants you to be stuck in the sadness, nor do we have to pretend it isn’t there.

I’m in the west end.

is in Kensington
is east side
Many more are all around.

Love,
