The practice doesn’t need to be rushed. And it was never meant to feel rigid.

Movement guided by breath creates something different: less performance, more presence. Less exercise, more expression.

It’s a practice that unfolds instead of forces. One that allows space to listen, soften, and explore.

Breath leading movement.
Movement reflecting how we feel.
A way back to ourselves.

Keep practicing. 🤍

Move.
Breathe.
Restore.

Not every practice needs to push harder.
A reminder that practice can also be a place to recharge.
Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is reconnect to ourselves-through movement, breath, and stillness.

Movement that grounds you.
Breath that steadies you.
Space to simply be.

A chance to reset the body, clear the mind, and restore your energy from the inside out.

Keep practicing.

New to Ashtanga or looking to build a strong foundation? This class offers a supportive and accessible introduction to the practice.

In Ashtanga, we return to the same sequence of postures each time. This repetition allows the body to learn, the mind to focus, and the practice to deepen. Over time, movements become more familiar, breath steadier, and confidence grows.

You’ll be guided through the sequence at a slower pace, with attention to alignment, breath, and understanding the structure of the practice.

No prior experience is needed. Whether you’re brand new or returning after time away, this class is a steady and approachable way to begin.

Come as you are. Learn the sequence. Build your practice—one breath at a time.

Not everything is meant to be pushed.
Some things ask us to soften. To release.

In the space between effort and surrender,
there’s something to notice.

The breath.
The mind.
What we’re holding onto.

Practice isn’t always about going further…sometimes it’s about letting go.

Keep practicing. 🤍🙏🏾🕉️
